CardioBLAST - Blast off with an explosion of a class that combines cross training techniques & heavy bag. Its fun, its hard, and its intense, come change it up and get in ultimate condition! Bring gloves and wraps.
Kickboxing - Get a full body workout and test your endurance with challenging combos on the heavy bag. Technique is a major focus in all classes, from beginner to advanced. The class ends with a full ab workout. Bring gloves and wraps.
Mixed Bag - Mixed Bag fuses our original CardioBLAST and Kickboxing classes so you have the best of both worlds. Includes cardio, combos on the bag and abs. Bring gloves and wraps.
TRX - TRX is a bodyweight exercise using TRX suspension straps that simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Club Intensity - This is the class that made us famous. Experience cardio-kick amplified and electrified in a club atmosphere featuring black lights, bass-thumping music, special effects and maximum Intensity!
Warrior Session - A boot camp style class utilizing resistance training, plyometrics and explosive calisthenics to sculpt and tone you into the best shape of your life!
Boxing Session - A soft contact Boxing class focusing on technique and style. Mouthguards, gloves and wraps will be required for this class.
SUAB Technique - Originally our Orientation, this class will focus on the basic techniques featured in all of our regular bag and TRX classes while giving a challenging beginner level workout. This class is recommended for anyone wanting to sharpen their ability or for the new member who wants to learn what Shut Up and Box is all about!
Intensity - All of the intense sounds, lights and cardio-kickboxing like our Club Intensity, but more designed for our All Levels members!
All Levels Body Shape/Intensity - high--cardio workout. Shock your body by focusing on muscle definition, while maintaining a lower heart rate. No bags, no gloves, no weights. This is all you! !
All Levels ZumTensity - This Class is a fusion of Zumba and Intensity! You like to dance... You like to shadow box... You like the Plyometrics, Calisthenics.. Then this class is for you! Try it and see if you have what it takes!
All Levels Kickass Fitness - This class goes beyond your typical Butts and Guts workout. It combines strength and plyometric exercises with floorwork and hip hop and dance elements to target and tone your lower body and core. Get ready to work your butt off--literally!
All Levels Tabata and Interval Training - Cardio-Strength-Intense but simple strength program that packs a cardio punch. Tabata training - HIgh Intensity Interval Training which can be done 1-2 x per week, which will improve both aerobic and anaerobic endurance. In this workout, you perform 20 seconds of all out efforet followed by 10 seconds rest of active rest.
Beginner - For those who have completed fewer than 10 classes, or anyone looking to practice basic techniques
All Level - Open for any level!
Intermediate - For those who have completed more than 10 classes. These classes are a bit more intense.
Advanced - For those that have completed 20 or more classes, these classes are maximum intensity for the entire hour.
