Kids Boxing Camp a 10 visit program on Saturdays from 1:30-2:30pm for $99. Ages 11-16. Starting May 4th. Gloves and hand wraps are required and can be purchased here at the gym. Class size is limited to 25, so sign up now!!!!

Beginning in March, club intensity class on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings as well as Monday Night 6:30pm Kickboxing will be for for SUAB members only. You must be a monthly paying full member to join in the CLUB INTENSITY classes. Sorry no groupon 3/6 month or 10 or 20 visit will be allowed into these super advanced classes do to liability concerns. You must become full members and attend at least 20 other kickboxing classes to learn proper techniques. NO EXCEPTIONS

All first time members must pre register for class by coming into gym studio to fill out member profile and sign waiver before being able to register for any and all classes.New members must come to gym to do so before starting class at these times. Monday-Friday from 730 a.m. till 12 noon Monday-Friday from 5 pm till 830 pm the studio will be closed between the hours of 12 noon - 5:00pm

There will be a $15 cancelation fee if a member does not cancel within the 12 hour notice of each class. For Groupon members, there will be a 1 week deduction from all 3 and 6 month Groupon deal and a 1 punch for the 10 and 20 visit Groupon deals. We need the space as it is limited and other will be able to sign up for classes if a member cannot make to his or her scheduled class

New Members are required to take the Orientation Class on Saturdays at 12:30 PM (Beginners' Technique Class). Please wear your workout clothes and change your shoes (we don't want your outside shoes in our floor studio, help us keep our studio clean) also12 oz boxing gloves and hand wraps are required
